Contacted Motor Direct for a car insurance quote as already an existing customer with motorhome insurance, which I am really happy with. I was put through to Noven who was extremely polite, knowledgeable, helpful and professional. Noven went through the particulars of the two vehicles I was looking to insure, ensuring like for like comparison quotes with the quotes I had already obtained, in addition to my renewal quote from my existing company.
Noven was able to provide an extremely competitive quote which was significantly lower than my renewal quote and only marginally more than the alternative quotes I had obtained, which were with two different companies.
I was more than happy to insure both my vehicles with Motor Direct which means I only have to liaise with one company. I am confident in the knowledge that if I am unfortunate enough to have to make a claim in the future, or have any issues, I can make one phone call to Motor Direct and they will then deal with everything, giving me peace of mind and hopefully a less stressful experience.

As a previous customer with A Plan now Howden, I called to give them the opportunity of providing a quote for the insurance renewal. Reece at the Aylesbury branch was very helpful and efficient in finding horsebox insurance that was fit for purpose and very competitively priced.
