Emily assisted my partner and I with our Home Insurance and Car Insurance Renewals during July.
Emily was polite, friendly and efficient.
Our local branch always appear to be on the front foot in leading the renewal process and make it as easy as possible minimising stress levels through clear, comprehensible English language.
Although, this particular time our renewals were completed over the phone, having the option of being able to go to the branch and deal with our renewals face to face with real people (should the need arise) is a decisive factor when it comes to renewal time.

Renewed my insurance with Howden, dealt with by Tay. He was very professional and friendly. The quality of service from Howden gives me confidence that in the event of a mishap they will give similar professional service - I have unfortunately had negative experiences with other insurers, and that's why I now use Howden. Grace was amazing, the whole team are head and shoulders above competition. Concerning issue was managed promptly, great communication and timely follow up.
