Once we had sorted out a better insurance deal things were fine and I also requested a paper copy to sign and me to keep a copy then that was fine...but the insurance company were asked three times for a paper copy to be sent and I finally rang the head of of insurance company and the copy was finally sent back today by me....I have signed it and posted it back...bit long winded but that is what happen and you did ask.... the Parkstone Howden office are fine and helpful.

Quickly found building insurance for an empty bungalow which is undergoing refurbishment. Quite a few insurance companies won't undertake this liability unless you are resident or have had previous occupancy. Howden quickly found me insurance at a reasonable cost.

We really like coming into the shop to talk to people face to face. The staff explain things, and have time for you. I wouldn't use anyone else now.

They have knowledgeable, polite and respectful staff who are as helpful as possible in a friendly atmosphere. Sadly they have little or no influence over the premiums demanded by the insurers they deal with.

First of all the Quote was far to dear.Went to my original insurance they were £2 more expensive than you . Had a phone call from you Howden with a revised price which was brilliant . Took the Quote up,payed for it. Very happy thanks to Howden in Carterton.

Only regret is I didn't use Howdens earlier. Great experience - didn't feel like an insurance company Sophie was brilliant. I now recommend Howdens to everyone else and will be going with them for my other insurances when they expire

I was having problems with my current car insurance provider to get a quote for a new EV through the business. Spoke to George in the Tooting branch. He was absolutely brilliant. Took all my details no fuss and got me a quote for less than half the quote that Aviva and NFU Mutual had offered direct. Plus absolute confidence and trust that he could sort. And made it completely stress free and dare I say it, a very pleasant and fun phone call! Also worth mentioning that Tilly who took my first call was very good too. Would highly recommend this firm. 5 stars
