My only minor issue was that the actual hard copy of my insurance never arrived. I called to query this a week later & to be fair the lady emailed it to me in a very short space of time. Hard copy has still never arrived!

Everything about the company is great from the service when they answer the phone to choosing the correct insurance for me at a great price and everything in between. Following a serious fire in May we are in a temporary rental, Howdens responded well but the process of repair yet to commence, now July hence the absence of one star depending on a satisfactory outcome
