I was struggling to get suitable insurance for my new campervan (as a second vehicle); the fourth company I approached was 'Motorhome Direct', part of Howdens.
I was lucky enough to be dealing with a gentleman named Pawel Sinilo. He was so helpful and spent considerable time advising and guiding me through various aspects of this specialist insurance. He was clear, concise and so efficient. He was probably the most helpful insurance consultant I have dealt with in over 45 years of motor, business and home insurance. Thank you.

Highly recommend Howdens, especially dealing with David Whalley was a breath of fresh air.

Had to re-arrange car insurance for a mature family member going to study away from home. It took a while to go through everything, but we found a suitable policy and had to cancel the existing one. Rebate of premium deducted from new policy minimising the extra cost. Dealt with in branch within an hour. Positive experience, just wish that car insurance wasn't so expensive
