Fabulous service from start to finish. Louise was and is amazing, listened to my needs, provided a product that matched those needs, at a very reasonable price… comparable to online comparison sites, with the added benefit of a personal touch, speaking to a human, with the ability to pop into store and meet that person.

I've had my policy in place a few months now, but needed to change my address as I have recently moved. Matthew C couldn't have been more helpful and what is normally somewhat of a painful process based on previous experiences with other insurance companies/brokers, couldn't have been further from my previous experiences!
