I had been looking online for insurance for my daughters first car and found it all really confusing and time consuming. I called into Howdens in Stratford, a very helpful young lady called Sophie took all my details and arranged the right cover in under 20 minutes at a really good price. I dealt with Christa with regards to a change in my policy and I have to say the service she provided was first class once again she really did go above and beyond to ensure everything was right and more importantly she did eveything she said she was going to do for example call me back when she said she was going to and kept me updated throughout she also sent the relevant paperwork out so I had it for the purchase of my new car.
I have dealt with Christa a few times now and to be honest you will never beat her level of commitment to providing a good service and excellent customer care you really are a credit to the company and I cannot thank you enough for everything you have done for me.
