This year Jamie and Marsha in Taunton looked after me when I renewed my insurances. Both are extremely patient, stopping to explain points should I ask about them in the middle of our conversations. Thank you. Unfortunately yesterday I needed to have car recovery. My first call was made to Jamie in the TauntonOffice who actively listened, put me in touch with the recovery process. Jamie rang me at home several hours later to check that I was home safely. It is absolutely amazing how they all treat me. It is reassuring to find a company and people in the office who provide a Service, above and beyond measure! Human, caring and professional.! To you all thank you for your care year after year. Insurance can be an expensive experience.these lovely people provide service that money cannot always buy.! Sorry Imogen, I had not put your name down,thank you for your help. Howdens (formerly A-Plan) are great to deal with. I dealt with Shruti, and she was very patient and took time to listen carefully and clearly answer questions I had about a number of aspects of the policy cover. The renewal quote for my converted campervan insurance they gave me was competitive, I checked a number of other providers. I haven't needed to claim before, but I have heard on a campervan T6 forum that I'm part of that they are very good when it comes to making a claim, which is re-assuring. Great service.

My experience with howeden insurance was great , the women I spoke to really went above and beyond to help me get the best insurance quote possible. With me having some convictions on my license I really struggled anywhere else but howden were the most helpful by far . I couldn’t fault any of the staff I spoke to any problems or concerns I had were always answered clearly . I would recommend howden to anyone out there looking for a helpful team which really do care and don’t just want to get as much money as possible from you
