Just had a lovely talk with Greg Campbell who was very helpful and direct, explained different options which helped me to reduce my cover & maintain high standards. It is nice to talk with a person, polite and helpful. I had Karen first time 2 years ago when they where A-Plan and she was lovely as well. Keep up the good work guys and thanks Greg :-)

When I spoke to them I was told things that were good and encouraged me to take out the policy but when I took it out the good things were not available and it turns out it was only stories so cost me more

April Howard was absolutely superb in trying to organise our car insurances. She was so patient & determined to do the best she could for us & went to great lengths to work with us to get quotes that were competitive for both of us.
This was difficult as we were receiving good quotes individually but wanted to do both policies under one umbrella.
She managed to sort it all out!
