Second time I’ve dealt with Howden Insurance. Spoke with Hawk this time who talked me through all the options available to me.
Lost connection a couple of times and Hawk called me straight back.
Very pleasant guy who is knowledgeable and gave me exactly what I wanted.
Previously I had a Westfield insured with Howdens and this time an old Mercedes SL and neither time did I experience any difficulties whatsoever.
What makes this insurance company different is the guys who pick up the phone.
