I rang Howdens with regard to my Home Insurance renewal which had increased sizeably since last year. Kane Tipton dealt with my renewal and listened to my concerns and offered to see if he could find a more favourable quote. It turned out some of my details needed updating, so he managed to shave a considerable amount off the renewal quote.

I have a old car for running around in summer so only wanted 6 months insurance they said no problem when I explained and said would deduct £25 admin fee so I agreed they took a total of £193.19 Today after 6 months I have sorn the car and informed the insurance and they are refunding me £20.80 There dishonesty is unacceptable I will never use this company again. I would like to update this message to say Howden have contacted me and it was not explained to me at the time of purchase how greedy the insurance company is. Howden have sorted the issue to the best they can. To which I thank them for contacting me and trying to resolve this.
