Insurance was provided as required with suitable charges, however I was to get the policy detailos sent to me by email and post and to date have had neither , still early days yet new policy not required till 1st November.

Howden insurance brokers have always gone the extra mile to source not just the best priced insurance but also the best fit for my requirements. All my interactions over the past few years have been positive and this year was no exception. Thomas Houlding-Strachan was very professional, courteous and helpful. He helped me with my house insurance and whilst all insurance premiums seem to be rocketing, he managed to get a good deal by deducting admin fees. This company values customer satisfaction!

Brad & Barry were very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable in sorting out my car insurance, I am an older person who still likes a nice big car and this seems to be expensive to get insurance now but they were great and saved me money. I also like that I can phone them or go to see them rather than talk to a computer. Very happy. Well done.

I had to make a claim for a cracked windscreen to be replaced but had issues with Autoglass who were incompetent. After speaking with James Cervi at the Farnborough branch, he dealt with the issues we had in a professional way keeping in contact to ensure we had a satisfactory result with Auto windscreens instead who were very good. Excellent customer service, thank you.
