Great customer service. I prefer going into the branch to speak to someone face to face. Olly at Newport, Isle of Wight branch has arranged car insurance and household insurance for me. Olly has good customer service skills, great personality, is patient and knowledgeable. I can trust that Olly will find the right product at the best price for my needs.

Had my previous vehicle insured with the thatcham branch (kitcar), now sold, phone call enquiry with Luana and she worked hard to get me a really good quotation and subsequent cover. First class service from A plan Howden, took the time to listen to the customer and find the right product.

Your branch manager pressed on with professionalism and personality and finally arrived at a deal which was good for me and I hope for him also. Just completed another annual insurance review with these great guys. Usually work with the Bath team but they drafted in Jennifer in Cheltenham to get me the best deal and she was superb. Like the whole team, on renewals and dreaded claims, she was friendly, professional, empathetic and made it all much less painful. I’d recommend this team in a heartbeat.
