I have used Howden's several times and have always found them helpful and competitive, plus they answer the phone! Recently I had my car written off by a driver as they passed it parked on the road. Loads of time and energy taken up getting sorted with compensation and a replacement, but James Cervi and the team at Farnborough were amazing. Helpful with advice, practical admin and speedy personal responses. Made the whole process bearable. Thank you!

After seeing an advert on a Vw owners club page I decided to get a quote from Howden on my modified Vw Caddy. They were very helpful and competitive. Since then I have insured all 3 of my vehicles with them and I cannot fault the service I have received. Luckily I haven’t as yet needed to make a claim but it really is a breath of fresh air being able to actually talk to someone who can answer all my queries.
