Aaron not only was clear spoken (please employ more with his accent as im hard of hearing and he was very easy to hear and understand) which noone ever considers when employing people with broken rhythmstic accents… but he took the time to call me back when i hadnt called back as said i would, incase i was left uninsured due to change of plates. i had issues with registration (still trying to sort transfer!) and couldnt proceed due tonlack of 750 but Aarons considerate call made me feel human and appreciated. rapour means everything.

Scott at Shettleston did a fantastic job in amending my single car insurance policy to having two cars on different policies and using the no claims bonus from the older vehicle and using it on the new second vehicle and paying a small amount for the continuation of the original policy. Very well communicated by Scott to myself in a face to face situation. Scott is really knowledgeable and has excellent communication skills about the products on offer from Howden Insurance. Absolutely flawless and seamless process for me to have gone thru thanks to Scott. Scott took the stress away from myself during this process.
