We were able to get the information we required about insuring both our vehicles at the same time. The staff did their utmost to negotiate policies which reduced the premiums we had to pay. We were impressed with the knowledge of the man who spoke to us on our 2nd visit to the office. Generally we were fairly happy with the deals we got through Howdens. Being able to deal with Winchester office directly makes life easier and the complimentary cups of coffee helped.

We got like for like insurance at a much lower premium when compared to our recent company so the decision to switch was easy. Aimee in the Basingstoke office was very friendly, professional and provided all the information we needed to make a decision. She was patient and able to answer all our questions. She then gave us time to think it over and called us back to hear our final decision. A very positive experience.

As I already used Howden for my house contents insurance I decided to get a quote for my car insurance when it was due for renewal. Jamare was a delight and took me through the process so efficiently. He managed to find me a comparable policy that saved me the best part of £200 as opposed to my renewal quote from my existing provider. Thanks Jamare you are a total superstar and I will be recommending friends and family give you a call for their insurance needs.
