Howdens showed they are not just another insurance comparison site, dealing with my specialist enquiry through a full dialogue with actual underwriters and layers of clarification follow up to deliver a cost effective proposal ( which I took up) and which had the right levels of cover. Excellent experience. We were searching for a more extensive contents insurance and after calling numerous insurers and brokers, we were struggling to find a policy that met our requirements. After finding an article on the Howden website, we called to enquire about their products. The following day, I received a call from Jack at the Birmingham office. He was very friendly and knowledgeable, took me through the whole process and found the exact policy we were looking for. I was so relieved as we had been searching for weeks!
