I have taken out Buildings and Contents Insurance with you, Ruth Chesterman was a great help and I am so pleased to have somewhere to come to when I need help with insurance matters, someone to talk to face to face rather than on the phone. I wear two hearing aids so the phone is difficult for me. I will be back next year when I need my car insurance renewed. Many thanks.

We use Howden Insurance for all our fleet vehicles and had to renew one in an emergency situation. We called and were told someone would call us back.
Almost immediately we were called by Patryk Pietras who provided us with outstanding customer service. Patryk talked us through all the options and ensured to double check all our details were correct, and took his time to explain everything clearly and concisely. Our situation was pressing, but Patryk was able to organise a policy for us within an hour or so.
We would absolutely recommend Howden Insurance, and in particular Patryk for his fantastic service and assistance.
