We were concerned that certain issues would affect our ability to gain insurance, as we had been told by another Insurance broker. We walked into Howdens off the street and were met with calm assurance and experienced customer service. Over the next few days we were kept informed, supported and advised without our having to chase. When our needs required an alteration it was speedily and efficiently done, with good manners and humour. Our insurance problems are now behind us and Howdens have gained a new loyal customer, due largely to the agent who supported us throughout at the Chester Office. It was wonderful to be able to drop in to speak to the same agent throughout and to a human!!

I called Howden as my previous insurer decided to increase their premium by nearly a third. I viewed this as unsustainable. The howden representative was extremely helpful in find me a quote that was acceptable. Service was first class.đŸ‘Œ

Great service and very helpful. I use Howdens for all of my insurance needs as I find them very competitive and the agents are super helpful. This is a new policy and Dan was able to find a policy which suited me at a good price. Having done business before with Dan he went the extra mile to get my business. Happy customer.
