Decided to get a new quote for our car insurance this time, we where with a broker for many years did not think that they were working hard enough to give us the best deal got a flyer through the post for Howden with a local branch. Telephone response was. good and the young man did everything he said he would which is refreshing. Also a good service over email etc so no trees were hurt in the process.

I don’t normally use a broker, hitherto having relied on comparison websites because they’re convenient. However, after spotting a branch of Howden recently, I decided to try them for my buildings and contents insurance, and I’m glad I did. Not only were they able to find me a cheaper policy than any of the comparison websites, but they were also able to answer all of my questions, and provide expert advice. You don’t get that kind of service from comparison websites. I highly recommend Howden.
