I have dealt with the team over at the Dunstable branch on multiple occasions and I have nothing but positive feedback to give. They are always willing to go above and beyond to tailor policies to your specific needs which I am aware can often be challenging. I just want to say a huge thankyou specifically to Alex, who has manage to insure multiple vehicles for myself at very competitive rates every time!

Fantastic level of service from Thomas Houlding_Strachan everything explained terms of policy etc have used A Plan before but now as Howden an even better level of service would not go any where else for vehicle insurance Thomas is a,great credit to company in Poole and the local area regards to everyone in Poole office.

Aimee at the Basingstoke branch was just brilliant. She talked through the various options and then at the last minute our car failed the MOT and we needed to get a new vehicle. First thing was, a person answered straight way, which I found reassuring.
Very helpful , offered extra cover, breakdown etc etc, but were not at all " pushy".
The lady's that I delt with were Karen, then I had to phone back with a detail and Maria helped me. All very good, no problems
