The company representative was very knowledgeable and helpful. I was disappointed about the price rise as I was put onto the same insurance company Ageas as I had been with for years. Told it was a newer van, yes the value is higher. It was newer to me, yes but I had been driving the same type of van for 24 years. Only changed due to it being written off in a no fault accident, hit from behind. Very unfair to me.

Great team to work with they go out of their way to sort things for you. I am based in Scotland but still return to them for assistance as there is a human at the end of the phone who can assist you in a speedy and very pleasent manner. They aren't always the cheapest but the service they offer makes it all very worth while.
