Answered the phone quickly , which was great, very helpful polite and easy to understand, great customer service and a good price for performance car with all mods declared , would highly recommend if you have a performance car , you can also insure more than one car, and so can get a discount on top of no claims bonus , so they can discount your second car not quite the full NCB but everything helps , many thanks to Arnold very helpful and an easy conversation, many thanks

Liam from Howdens, provided excellent advice to us re-setting up health insurance. He was very patient with us, answering the many questions we had and very much put us at our ease. Buying any insurance is always daunting. However the team made it as painless as possible getting the quote together for a high end supercar (They were recommended by my main agent a major brand). The details of the policy were simply explained by Thomas Landsell and i felt in safe hands. The price i consider to be excellent and the benefits within the policy the same. Hopefully this company will continue with the personal human touch and remain botless!!!

I have been dealing with Frankie Lansley who was not only helpful but very professional and made things very clear. As I had 2 classic cars to insure Frankie kindly reduced his commission to help the purchase.

Received a quote from my current car insurance provider, went on all the quote lines available to get comparisons and was recommended by a family member to give my local Howden branch a call.
This I did and they came up with a cheaper quote which meet all my requirements plus. The branch was really helpful and communication was excellent.

I needed House Building Insurance during an extensive period of renovation which involved the house being empty for about 1 year. Howden were the only insurance company who would support me during this period and I returned to them the following year.
During my second year I engaged with Catherine Smith of the Tooting office and she kindly, and helpfully, found a cheaper deal for me with the same conditions. I find Howden’s to be extremely friendly, helpful, and considerate - thank you Howdens.

I used Howden initially to insure our cars and was staggered when they saved me hundreds of pounds for an insurance cover that was as good if not better than I already had.
I spoke to Tasmyn yesterday as we are changing one of the cars on the policy and she was fantastic. Made things very clear and easy to do. So thank you.

It's brilliant that you can talk to a knowledgeable advisor as opposed to a chat bot, tick in the box online site or call centre person reading off a script who when going off script can only repeat the script! Thank you so much Howden's.
Product knowledge is superb, service level is next to none, products are very competitive such that I took out insurance through Howden. The staff seem to be trained to a high level and genuinely care about their customers. It's so refreshing!
I recommend Howden Insurance whole heartedly and if I could give a 6 out of 5 stars I would!

One person took my call, took all my details over the phone, gave me the best quote I’d had and set the direct debit up all in one go. No pushy sales upsells, just the price without any extras then asked what I’d be interested in adding on and priced it up accordingly.
Would highly recommend to anyone.
Can’t wait to move my business liability policy to this company as soon as it’s due.
