I totally recommend Howden Insurance for insurance of all kinds… give them a ring and I’m absolutely positive you’ll be impressed, as was I, with their service. I spoke at length on numerous occasions to the same lady representative about both household insurances and horse van insurance and was so very impressed with A’s friendly knowledgeable support; given with a genuine desire to get the best deal for customers. I asked a lot of questions and needed serveral points explaining to me. A was patient and empathic throughout and most encouraging but without being overbearing or pushy in the slightest. A true ambassador for the company.

Jordan at the Swindon branch was great. He worked hard to get the best deal even though it was only a small piece of business and I really felt that he cared - unlike many of their competitors.

Having seen my Camper Van cover leap in cost over the past years, I decided to give Howden Insurance a try after picking up their brochure at Sugoi Campers. I spoke to Caleann Adams, who was friendly and very efficient. She took all of my details, was careful to ensure that I was aware of all of the disclosures I had to make and came up with such a competitive quote that I went for it on the spot! I felt that the company was actually interested in having my business and that all of the details had been properly taken into account by Caleann. Although buying motor insurance can't be described as a pleasurable experience, Caleann made it far less of a hassle than normal. Thank you.
