I came to Howden Insurance in Malvern on recommendation from a friend and was very pleased with the helpful service they provided. When so many things are done online these days, it was refreshing to discuss my insurance needs in person. I will certainly be returning when my car insurance is due!

I can honestly say they give a great service.The call centre operative Parresh Modi was extremely helpful in dealing with a claim I unfortunately had to make re damage to my caravan . He is a credit to the company.

The initial contact was positive however despite being told documentation would be sent to me I have yet to receive anything and it’s only ten days from commencement of the policy.
Also not sure I was offered the best deal it would appear you found a policy £ 50 below my existing policy
