Just renewed my car insurance with the amazing Sam at Howden Insurance and he was fantastic. After bracing myself when picking up the phone to hear what my car insurance might be for the year ahead he very calmly went through the market options available to me and came up with possibly the deal of the century that I was just not expecting that included breakdown cover as well! He was very polite, friendly, efficient, affable and didn't talk over me at all - in fact everything you would want a person doing business with to be. Superb in every.

Following a small accident in my car I initially contacted Howdens in Yeovil, who were extremely helpful and talked me through the procedure very patiently. It was my first day of a new policy with a different company via themselves and I thought it would be a bit of a nightmare. I was really happy with the service I received with the insurer they had recommended and everything was dealt with amazingly quickly and efficiently. I was told if I had any problems at all to get in touch and they would help. I didn’t need to do this but they sorted out replacement insurance for me and always great communication. Everyone I have dealt with in Yeovil has been pleasant, patient and efficient.
