Most recently, the team at Farnham were first class finding me a tailored home insurance policy. Darcie Hall in your Sutton Coldfield branch is so customer focused professional, patient and goes to any length to find the perfect product for our needs. We are a convert to the broker business sitting face to face with a person instead of filling out online forms all information stated no question unanswered. The whole team under the branch manager has the same customer service qualities very satisfied what more could anyone ask for plus you are always very competitive price wise and quality of companies suggested.
