Can only comment on the taking out of the insurance because that is my only experience. You deal with a human, face to face, if you go in the office or you speak to a human when phoning. So fed up with chatbots, AI and call centres with dodgy lines and accents that are difficult to understand. It's about time the industry started to take note of the frustration their cheap rate customer service systems are causing. More companies like Howden are needed. Their price was the same as my renewal quote from previous insurer. It is the quality of service that is important.

I always had full comprehensive car insurance and because of my age over 80 the ins premiums always go up becoming too expensive,costing me too much for a 14 year old car so I have taken a cheaper option which I can afford. Thanks to Howdens
