I am a lady in her 70s who has never, until now, had to deal with insurance renewals, utilities, bank accounts etc on the phone.
However, the young man who I was fortunate enough to speak to made this very easy for me. From the beginning he was very professional but not aloof like some other people I have spoken to. He explained everything about the policy so I understood and at no time did I feel rushed. I came off the phone with renewed faith. Thank you Howden.

I was looking for car insurance, l contacted Howden Insurance by phone and was put through to a very helpful young man Sam. After I answered all the relevant questions he told me he would ring me back with a quote, which he did within approximately half an hour. I was very happy with the quote and instructed Sam to go ahead and set it up for me. He made everything so easy for me answering all my questions, nothing was to much trouble for him he was very knowledgable, professional and kind. I have used the company in the past and have always found their customer service to be very good. Anyone I have dealt with in the past have always been very helpful and willing to go the extra mile. When I asked for a specific vintage Insurace policy your Representative was very knowledgeable about the type of insurance I needed and proceeded very efficiently and with a excellent manor supplied a quote for my vintage tractor at a very respectable cost of which I accepted . I found the face to face meeting with an experienced and well informed Howden's insurance broker a very positive experience. Our broker was honest, engaging realistic and focussed from the get go in sourcing building and home insurance for a property which has previously had significant peril issues.
