A great experience all round. Polite and helpful advisor. Slightly more expensive that online policies, but worth it for the peace of mind that in the event you had to make a claim, you speak to a real person in your local office, rather than a call centre, long holds and then told to do it online!

It was time to renew my insurance, so I shopped around instead of accepting my renewal price with a different insurer. I got a quote through Adam and I found him to be very professional and knowledgeable about insurance for modified vehicles. He managed to get me the cheapest quote out of everyone and with the same level of cover I had before. I highly recommend Howden to everyone.

We were able to get the information we required about insuring both our vehicles at the same time. The staff did their utmost to negotiate policies which reduced the premiums we had to pay. We were impressed with the knowledge of the man who spoke to us on our 2nd visit to the office. Generally we were fairly happy with the deals we got through Howdens. Being able to deal with Winchester office directly makes life easier and the complimentary cups of coffee helped.

We got like for like insurance at a much lower premium when compared to our recent company so the decision to switch was easy.
