Excellent experience. We were searching for a more extensive contents insurance and after calling numerous insurers and brokers, we were struggling to find a policy that met our requirements. After finding an article on the Howden website, we called to enquire about their products. The following day, I received a call from Jack at the Birmingham office. He was very friendly and knowledgeable, took me through the whole process and found the exact policy we were looking for. I was so relieved as we had been searching for weeks! Jack took payment, sent the documents via secure email and started our policy with immediate effect. Thank you, Jack, for making the experience so smooth and stress-free!

Because the premium was much lower than another. Company had offered worked out with a friendly and pleasant broker. Howdens also arranged my travel insurance. Howdens already insure my second home and as from next year will insuring my main home also.

Moved to Howden because after a friendly chat with their representative, a chap called Adam, they managed to reduce my car insurance renewal by nearly £500.
Given the car's modified and somewhat specialised, this was good news. A great end-to-end experience, they obviously care about their customer experience.
