Started the quote on the phone but decided to go into the office in Yeovil , not because it was difficult over the phone, but I prefer to do face to face.
Office staff were all polite, the agent that did my insurance was really very good and talked me through every step and made sure I got the right insurance for me.
The insurance I took out was over £100 cheaper than my current insurance and covered every I needed.
When the time comes I will be looking to do my contents and buildings with them as well

When A-plan changed to Howden premiums went up considerably, however this year they have become more competitive in the market place in my opinion

The insurance group are very good , patient and some what understanding. Very disappointing that because of one claim and not being dealt with correctly in the first place the insurance has shot up for the home. This is the first time ever in all insurance ever claimed. Please watch out if you claim for movement on your property as no justice for the price and rise in excess.

My experience with Howden Insurance was a very pleasant experience. I spoke with a guy called Sam on the Isle of Wight, the Newport office,who was extremely helpful. He is an excellent salesman and understood what my insurance needs were at a price that was affordable. I am very happy with the result of our conversation/my insurance.
