Simple and straightforward process today renewing my house insurance thanks to Catherine Smith in the Tooting office. She gave me plenty of notice in advance of the renewal date, several options which were always followed up by email, and helpfully clarified a query I had re no claims bonus. We were pleased that Mike Gibson( Exeter branch) made a call to remind us that our Motor insurance was almost due for renewal. Although we had received a quote from another Motor insurance company, we decided to give Howden the opportunity to provide a quote. Thankfully it turned out to be a good decision. All is now in place and we look forward to dealing with Howden Insurance in the future.
