I was treated very well by Pieter Bolton when I insured my vehicle. Nothing was to much trouble I altered my preferences a couple of times and he accommodated me very well. The staff were very helpful when renewing my home insurance offering advice without being 'pushy'. They sent me a hard copy, through the post, of my policy details etc. as I requested. For me it's convenient they have a local office so as I can call in and speak to someone face to face with any queries I may have.
