So I been with Howdens for 4 years no claim etc I have always had no claims protection and asks for this on my latest policy and was led to believe it was part of the quote so paid for the policy thinking all great .Then the documents were sent over and I read through them to check and there was no no claims cover attached,so I rang the guy who sold the policy to me and he said that company who I’m insured with on protect after 5 years of no claims .So why didn’t say that before I paid for the full policy ,very disappointing tbh

Got a phone call within the 2 mins specified after my message to you, very nice gentleman from bit further afield than my normal branch and excellent, went through the whole procedure with me, asked all the relevant questions and then, as per your email, found me a very competitive price so didn't get your £50 cheque but more than happy.
