I had a really good experience speaking to Sam Frampton to sort out Car Insurance, who couldn't have been more helpful and pleasant to deal with. I was also extremely happy that I have since had reminders that if there are any issues or claims to be made I am not to hesitate to call the office who are there to help. Very comforting. Great service & competitive. My van insurance quote by my usual insurance company was much higher than the previous year. I have 9 years no claims so there was no reason to rise it by 30% . Howden sorted this swiftly & I will definitely be staying with them if they look after me again next year
