I was in the unfortunate position of having my motor insurance cancelled abruptly and unexpectedly.
On contacting Howden I was given alternative comprehensive cover with speed, efficiency and complete courtesy!
I would like to name APRIL, DOMINIC (and previously SCOTT) at Howden for turning a very unfortunate situation into the epitome of excellent customer care!
I can't speak highly enough of them in going above and beyond to alleviate my frustration by swiftly providing alternative cover that meets my needs!
I would have no hesitation in recommending Howden to anyone looking for quality products delivered with excellent, professional care!

I’ve used Howden insurance for a number of years to cover my horsebox. Last year I changed to them for house insurance. Reece has worked there for some years and always provides a personal and reassuring service. I would highly recommend both him and Howdens.

Competitively priced, particularly when you factor in the service provided. Insurance is meant to give you peace of mind but buying online frequently leaves you worried you've got the wrong cover. Howden do all my insurance and I wouldn't go anywhere else.

Following a recommendation from a VW T6 forum I contacted Howdens for an insurance quote on a converted T6 Campervan. Tori Taylor was the agent who dealt with my quote and subsequently arranged the insurance. She was friendly, informative, knowledgeable, polite, and a pleasure to talk to. The quote included breakdown cover including abroad. and legal assistance, and was amazing. I did not hesitate to buy the insurance through Howdens. I cannot recommend them highly enough. 5 stars.

Exceptional brilliant service from all the team but in particular Ellie and Nicole.
Ellie was dealing with my car insurance claim and Nicole my travel insurance claim. Both were constantly fighting my corner, they really put themselves in my shoes and could not have provided better support for me.
