Owning a classic Subaru Impreza Sti it’s so important to find an insurance company that truly understands the importance of valuation and basic modifications that enable the car to give a better ride quality so I spoke to Rea Twelves regarding a quotation and from the very start of our chat she was so professional and totally understood what I had and qualified what was importantly to me.

After checking with compare markets I had several lower quotes for my car insurance than Howden Insurance had given me. I phoned Howdens and spoke to Aimee Weaver who checked my quote and managed to reduce it to a more acceptable amount. She was very helpful and efficient. She was so pleasant and a delight to deal with and I was happy to go with Howdens for another year.

Howden's are excellent insurance providers because they are customer orientated.
I've been with a few providers before and they did not live up to Howden's 'customer first model', they had a better deal than the others without knowing what the other quotes were. The person on the phone was polite at all times and did not try to sell me something I did not want or need.
Highly recommended.
