Yes online can be great for renewals but to have real people like Bernard and Jack demonstrate the care and attention that makes Howden Insurance a pleasure to deal with and makes such a difference. You get the right advice, a prompt seamless service leaving you with the confidence that you have done the right thing. And they treat you like a human being with a bit of curiosity and humour added in, all good stuff.

Took out a new car policy. Call from staff member, told me I needed proof of NCB, I was unaware you could not have two policy's, but your NCB can only be used on your policy Also had call about my private plate. But wavered £10.00 changed.change over fee, when I told them that the person that did the quote, had said private number would be changed over.

I got a good quote for my car insurance. So I went ahead and insured it through Howden. I already do my Park home with them. I am very pleased with the service I received on both counts. I would highly recommend them. At least you are speaking to a human being not a machine.
