I have used Aplan for my vehicle and house insurance for a couple of years. All their telephone advisors are clearly spoken and very curtious which makes taking out or altering insurance less stressful, also the price of their products is competitive with other firms in the insurance market.

I have used A-Plan for about 5 years now and they have nearly always been able to provide a competitive quote while not lowering the cover of the insurance provided. On the couple of occasions when they have not been able to do this there was no friction and accepted my choice to go elsewhere. The staff have always been very helpful and friendly.
