Really impressed with A Plan in Newport Isle of Wight, Eddie was professional and went out of his way to help me,found me a good price, helped me with my NCD with previous insurance co, only kicking myself now that I didn’t change to A Plan sooner! Really happy with service, staff are always polite and courteous, respectful and make you feel you are in good hands. Would recommend to family and friends, it makes a difference to be able to talk about your insurance to a person face to face.

I've taken out a fully comprehensive Car Insurance on the 08/01/19 with Tom from Shrewsbury at a bargin price. As soon as I found the policy on lline.I received a polite telephone call. Tom was calm, patient and kept me updated with my progress of policy. Well done Tom.

A-Plan staff are very pleasant and efficient. When arranging motor insurance when my wife regained her driving licence after illness the solution was most elegant.
I do wish that A-Plan would issue paper policy documents rather than eventually sending a policy document by e-mail after a number of requests

Polite professional sales person on the phone, nothing was any bother to him, having a policy with them for 3 yrs, he looked at my other policies and advised what A-plan could offer, i changed all three policies to them, better cover better premiums, superb service, thanx a million A-plan. I always shop around tor insurance, but when it comes to car insurance A-Plan have always been able to find me the best price. Better than that though, the customer service experience has always been excellent in my opinion. I have only ever has one claim, which was a no fault claim and they dealt with it all for me perfectly. They always follow through - if they say they will call back, they do. Refreshingly good service.
