My home insurance was due for renewal at an increased premium quoted by my existing insurer a plan also suggested a quotation from a another well-known insurers at a substantially lower cost which I discussed with APlan. I found that the terms were equal to if not better than my existing insurer. I therefore cancelled the policy with my existing insurer and took out the policy with the well-known company at a saving of over £100 per annum and a lower excess.

I have used A plan for many years for all types of insurance ranging from personal cars to business liability . I have compared online sites and A plan remain competitive also I like to know if I have any issues you can talk to someone face to face in their office .

Helpful, friendly staff, based in the UK. Good descriptions of possible options and happy to repeat anything and answer questions and alter policy, if you change your mind about the cover you want, whilst on the phone to them. I have used A-Plan Insurance for over twenty years and, despite "looking around" each year when my renewal dates for car/home insurance approach, I always find they provide best value and service. Staff are helpful, knowledgeable and always polite. If they can't answer a question immediately, they always call back promptly as promised.

Very helpful and eventually a good offer. Despite asking for the very best price it was not until i found a cheaper quote, by £50, that I received a much lower offer. Why do these people not listen to customers and quote cheapest price. If I ask for best quote that is what I expect.. if they do this again next year I will probably move to another provider

Not always the cheapest but always competitive. I always take into account the customer service and on the rare occasion that I had to make a claim the staff at A Plan always help to make the process as easy as possible. I highly recommend A Plan!!
