This was the first time looking for insurance where I didn't use a compare site. I spoke to Chris Ashford at the Bournemouth Branch and I had a brilliant experience. My quotes were lower that on compare sites. It was a much easier process, it took a short time to pass my details and it was fantastic talking to a human! Chris was very polite and helpful. He quickly found me a fantastic quote which I took. I shall be using every year from now on and will recommend my family do also.

I'd always liked the idea of the DIY internet comparison approach because I like to be the one driving. I tried A-Plan with some scepticism and - thankfully - I was completely wrong.
I've used A-Plan now for my home, car, breakdown, and professional insurance. And in all cases they took the time to really understand my needs so they could explain and recommend various options to me.
In some cases I realised I'd had the wrong cover or cover I didn't need, and in another they recommended I stay where I am because they couldn't better it in terms of cover nor price.

I have been dealing with A-Plan for many years with all types of insurance,Although they are competitive they are usually not the cheapest however I have always been happy to pay that bit extra as they ensure I have the correct cover in place & is just so easy as they remind you when renewals are due,I must say ALL the staff I deal with are extremely pleasant & helpful,I just renewed my existing car insurance with Thomas Houlding in the Bournemouth office who was really helpful and got me a very good price...Well done A-Plan 10/10

I set up new insurance and made some changes go my policy. I had a lady called Laura help me from the Poole branch. She was very helpful, explained everything in full and made the whole experience a lot nicer. I usually dont really trust insurance but she made it so much easier. Thank you Laura.
