At the worst time of our lives they helped us. We had found ourselves with a voided car insurance policy for a modified car which we did not know was modified. We came under the grey category in a world full of black or white. They listened to us and talked to the powers that be for us and found us a great policy at a great price. We will use them from now on and recommend to all we know.

We have been clients of APlan, now Howdens, for 4 years with our motor and house insurances. They are always courteous, efficient, very helpful, friendly and we know that they have found us the most suitable insurance policies at the best prices, with reputable companies. We are now living in another part of the country, but are still dealing with Maidenhead office because of the excellent and friendly service.

Got through on the phone very quickly. Liz Holt was extremely knowledgeable and helpful and seemed to genuinely care about me getting the best deal on my insurance - Liz took the time to compare whether my vehicle was cheaper to be insured as a van or a car and explained clearly the reasons why certain questions are asked by insurers.
