Whenever I have a request it gets dealt with quickly and efficiently with the minimum of fuss. The team always delivers and are a pleasure to work with. My latest request was late on a Friday afternoon when I needed to add a friend to one of my vehicle's insurance cover for the next morning. All sorted within the hour. Holly was a pleasure to work with!!

Carl and Aimee dealt with my claim very efficiently and provided helpful advice throughout the process. The outcome was much better than expected and the insurance company settled my claim promptly and without any fuss. The theft that prompted my claim was upsetting but the professional and friendly response from the Howden Team was first class.
