I approached the Guildford office for a quote for household buildings insurance. They took details, and later called me back to say that they had referred the matter to their Staines office in view of the nature of the property, giving me the phone number of that office. The quote took somewhat longer than they had originally suggested, so I rang the Staines office, who referred me back to Guildford. However, Guildford denied that it had been referred back, and shortly got Staines to call me with a quote which I accepted. Otherwise the service was excellent.
