Just renewed my car insurance having spoken to Katie, who was friendly, polite and very professional, securing me great deal for my car insurance renewal. I have dealt with A-Plan over a number of years and found the staff approachable, always willing to assist in securing the best deal to suit your needs. Family members have all migrated to using A-Plan for their insurance, the latest convert being my son's new wife, who on hearing what she had been quoted, contacted A-Plan, which resulted in her making a substantial saving! I would unreservedly recommend A-Plan for their quality of service and support.

A-Plan was recommended to me and they have supported me with car and house and contents insurance for the past 4 years. What I like is that their representatives drop a reminder email and then when I call them, the research and generation of options has already been done. In my experience, once the first Statement of Facts has been established, the renewal process takes only 10-15 minutes- tops. The other feature I like is the secure 'Client Vault'. Once you've been through a simple registration process, your can log on and access your policy documents online. Hard copies can also be provided if you so wish.
