Have always dealt with A plan! They got in touch with me when I wanted to renew my Car Insurance! Were very courteous and Professional in helping me and finding me the Best insurance for me! Renewed my policy with no fuss when I asked them to call me back ! Insured for another year and pleased with what they did for me! No Stress and will no doubt renew next year!

I received an email to possibly insure with A plan, contacted Mark Farrimond at the Evesham office, his customer service is amazing, he couldn’t have been more helpful, I know we will benefit from a high street insurance company and the added benefits that will come with that , mark went through everything thoroughly, I can happily say we are now insuring our car through A plan, fantastic service , really happy customer

A Plan insurance contacted me in good time to review my car insurance policy. The staff were friendly and efficient and were keen to make sure that the policy they were suggesting was suitable for my needs. Their paper work was accurate and was sent to me by email so that I could check it through. The price was good and it was pleasant to talk to someone on the phone rather than filling in endless computer questionnaires. Despite a Lockdown A plan continued as you would normally expect. From this experience I would recommend them.

Claimed for spilt wood stain on stairway carpet, A-Plan insurance were extremely efficient especially when it came to following up to see if the carpet had been replaced and we were satisfied with the work, the deposit was also paid promptly and returned to my account.
