Excellent quick service, I needed to change the date on my policy a couple of times as the place I bought my van from kept changing the delivery date. Nothing was too much trouble and everyone I spoke to was polite and helpful. Very pleased I chose A Plan :)

I have dealt with Rob Hamblett for some years, in connection with my car and house insurance, even before he was working for A-Plan and he has always been extremely helpful, polite and friendly. This time, with my car insurance, has been no different. The information he gave me enabled me to make a real informed choice and the process was painless! I have been with A-Plan for a couple of years now and I have always found them to be very clear, helpful and courteous in their communication. They did seek a competitive deal and I am happy with it. I have been able to add minor modifications without impact to the policy.

had difficulty obtaining this through A Plan's secure portal. even the information for example Tel No., Policy No., and email address, I must have
tried 4 times to peruse these documents before making a final decision.
Perhaps something could be done about this.
