I have been with A Plan insurance for over 30 years, they offer a very good honest service, are totally professional in there approach & best of all very approachable to talk too, & always give a fair price for there Insurance’s they offer.
A Plan in St Albans who I use are led by the branch Manager there a Mr Eric Juster who along with his branch colleagues there, encompasses all the qualities I have spoken about in my review I have given above.

A-Plan Hemel Hempstead, may not be my local branch but it is closer to my work place meaning I can pop in and discuss my insurance requirements at lunch times or after work. Of course the phone is Ok but when you have such brilliant and friendly staff like Breege Joyce, why not take the opportunity to talk to them face to face.
I was involved in an accident one Saturday morning - luckily it was not my fault, and on this occasion I did call. Breege answered and within 20 mins I had the forms completed, a courtesy car sorted, collection of my car for repair sorted in fact everything sorted out.
If it wasn't for the fact that Breege helped me with my insurance requirements a few months before making sure I had exactly the correct cover, I know from bitter historic experience that it would not have been so smooth.
I now have my house & Contents insured through A-Plan as well.
The reason for this review - well I need to call A-Plan first thing Monday morning as I have just had a car run off the road through my fence and into my garden.
In advance I am already totally confident that they have me covered properly.
Breege and A-Plan I salute you, the service you have provided me over the years has been flawless.
