Having had another insurance company let us down at the last minuet. Elle from the Aylesbury branch first words to me were "Don't worry I can fix this!" Routine renewal of car insurance, but despite clear telephone instructions on some changes of detail and the need to renew legal cover these were omitted in the documentation first sent.to me. As a longstanding customer I have to say I was disappointed.
