I really appreciate the personal touch each employee at the Norwich branch has. They always ask about my well being and that of my parents as well as often waving if they see me walking past the branch. Very professional but friendly too.

As a pensioner, I've now got used to the internet, but I still enjoy talking to someone I'm dealing with. I tell "A" Plan each year that I can normally get cheaper insurance elsewhere, but they still "seem" to get pretty close to my deals elsewhere, so after 2 or 3 day's delay I get a substantial reduction but am happy to stay with them.

My long time insurance broker shut up shop and passed us to A Plan. I must say I couldn't be happier with the service. Everyone at their office is professional polite friendly and helpful. Dealing with insurance companies through a call centre leaves me frustrated and confused with all the hoops you need to jump through. A Plan is the perfect interface.
