I was introduced to A-Plan a couple of years ago and wish it had happened earlier.
The staff are always polite, friendly and efficient and it is so pleasant to be able to visit the branch and discuss matters face to face, although during the lockdown I found phone calls were dealt with in the same manner.

Already had my home insurance with A Plan and the renewal quote was sent to me. I was surprised to see it had increased by £30.00 or almost 20%. I did my own research and found cheaper quotes with the same benefits. I contacted them and they agreed to reduce the increase by£15.00. I accepted this only because they are a broker and if I need to claim I can leave it to them to sort out. However I do get annoyed that I always have to research cheaper quotes before they agree to reduce. Never accept the renewal quote whether it's car or home
