Our insurance took place via a phone call, the people we spoke to were very helpful, and called when they said they would. We also received the policy by email which was excellent as the document were needed. Only downside was the no claims bonus, they had to change the amount of years due to not having the correct details at the time of the call.

contact my existing insurance to confirm my ncd protected. Received letter from manager few days later stating insurance would be invalid till I SENT CONFIRMATION OF NCD. CONTACTED DIFFERENT AGENT WHO CONFIRMED NOTE ON FILE THAT THEY WOULD CONFIRM WITH MY EXISTING INSURANCE.
